Hedgehogs - Reception/Year 1
Welcome to the Hedgehogs class page!
This half term the Reception children will be learning all about space! We will be finding out all about gravity, the atmosphere and the planets in our solar system. Through our space theme, the children will be using their developing phonic skills to have a go at writing sentences, lists, labels and even trying their hands at making up stories!
In maths the children will be exploring the different ways we can break numbers up into parts, thinking about capacity and comparing weight.

If your child is in Year 1, please refer to the information provided on the Owls class page, as they will be completing the same learning as the rest of their year group.
